About Me

I am a networker – my brain resembles a living database that connects people, ideas, and possibilities. Hospitality and an open heart are among my strengths – I love welcoming people and making them feel truly seen and appreciated.

For 29 years, I have been practising Tibetan Buddhism and meditation. I have travelled halfway around the world with my Lama. This experience has not only given me immense mental flexibility but also the ability for deep reflection. Before seeking external solutions, I first ask myself what a situation has to do with me. I get to the bottom of things, learn from challenges, and grow from them. Giving up is not an option for me – perseverance is one of my greatest strengths.

My connection to animals is deep and intuitive. I understand their language and sense what they need. This keen perception has been a constant throughout my life: my intuition is a valuable compass that safely guides me through changes and decisions. I used to see my pronounced empathy as a burden, but today I see it as a gift that allows me to feel people and accompany them in their transformation truly.

I am a traveller, a nomad – not only in the physical sense but also on an inner level. I love exploring new paths and responding flexibly to what arises. My language skills are constantly growing, with English and Spanish becoming increasingly integral to my repertoire.

Another strength of mine is my protective energy, whether for people, animals, or spaces. I organize, connect, and create structures that provide support and security. When I say “yes,” I stand behind it with my whole heart – reliability is a given for me.

I not only perceive energies but can also transform and heal them. My deep understanding of the hero’s journey helps me guide others on their path of change. I see myself as a transformation queen – always ready to evolve and inspire others to recognize and live their best selves.
